Vegan Sausage + Pepper Sandwich (soy free)

Serves: 4-6 sandwiches

Prep time: 5 minutes

Cooking time: 15 minutes

Ingredients:

3 cloves of garlic

1 onion

1 green bell pepper

Any bread of choice, we used baguette.

Condiments of your choice

Salt and pepper to taste

2 Frank furter Field roast sausages

Start by dicing garlic, and cutting bell peppers and onions into long strips, and slice your sausages in half. Then add some oil to a skillet, on medium heat, sauté garlic until golden brown. Add onions and cook those for a few minutes then add in the bell peppers, and extra oil if necessary, sauté until fragrant. Set aside. In a separate skillet add another tablespoon of oil and grill the sausages, until they look crispy and brown. Then assemble, by adding condiments to your bread, (we added mustard and truffle oil) the sausages, and top it with the peppers and onions. Serve with a side, or alone and enjoy!
