Vegan garlic White wine pasta

Cook time: 20 minutes



8 TBS Butter

12 Cloves of garlic

2 cups of white wine

1 Lb pasta

1/2 cup nutritional yeast

4 cups vegetable broth

1 Tsp salt

1 Tsp black pepper

1 cup non-dairy milk

1 Can of peas

Parsley to taste (optional)

Red pepper flakes to taste (optional)

Heat butter over medium heat, once melted add garlic and saute until garlic is fragrant and golden brown. Add wine and vegetable broth, stir in pasta ,bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer, cover and cook for about 10 minutes stirring occasionally until pasta is cooked. Add milk and nutritional yeast, stir until thick and creamy. Add peas, cook on low heat until peas are cooked through.

*If you are adding black pepper, salt and parsley add it with the peas.
